Consisting of four-story buildings, the size of the site is 1,413.2 sq. m and is listed as ”residential three-story mixed-landed” in the 2014 Master Plan.
The site has the potential of being redeveloped into eight porch houses, but this is after securing approval from the relevant authorities.

It is also close to amenities display spaces at Changi City Point, Singapore Expo, and Eastpoint Mall. The various retail shops and shopping malls near this site means that future occupants will have their shopping needs addressed. This site will be one of the highly sought-after residential destinations due to the many nearby entertainment and leisure options.
More on Upper Changi Freehold Residential Site for Sale
“In spite of the property measures enforced in July 2017, landed homes are still achieving strong transactional numbers,” pointed out Executive Director Mary Sai of Knight Frank Singapore’s investment and Capital markets.
“What’s more, small landed redevelopment sites for residential properties are seldom available. So we are confident that the Upper Changi Road site will attract excellent buying interest.
The site is near many schooling options. So future residents with school going children will appreciate the many schools that the neighbourhood has to offer. Most of the prominent schools are just a walking distance. Even those that are a bit far are easy to access thanks to the quality roads in the area. June 26 will be the last day of the EOI exercise for the residential redevelopment site.
