Singapore Property | Quoting Knight Frank, the property’s marketing agent, The Business Times reports that a freehold residential site conveniently located at 537 Upper Changi Road has been availed for sale through an expression of interest (EOI). This freehold landed redevelopment site will carry a guide price of $1,413.2 psf or $16 million.

Consisting of four-story buildings, the size of the site is 1,413.2 sq. m and is listed as ”residential three-story mixed-landed” in the 2014 Master Plan.

The site has the potential of being redeveloped into eight porch houses, but this is after securing approval from the relevant authorities.

The site enjoys a high-level of convenience. It is within close proximity to Simei MRT station, Upper Changi MRT station, and Expo MRT interchange.  It is also close to amenities display spaces at Changi City Point, Singapore Expo, and Eastpoint Mall. The various retail shops and shopping malls near this site means that future occupants will have their shopping needs addressed. This site will be one of the highly sought-after residential destinations due to the many nearby entertainment and leisure options.

The site is near many schooling options. So future residents with school going children will appreciate the many schools that the neighbourhood has to offer. Most of the prominent schools are just a walking distance. Even those that are a bit far are easy to access thanks to the quality roads in the area. June 26 will be the last day of the EOI exercise for the residential redevelopment site.
