Liam Wee Sin has also seen others adapting to this new lifestyle and his making more emphasis on building environments. He claimed that more homes should be surrounded by greenery, walk or jog space, places to cycle, and spaces to spend time with families and friends.

The idea of creating a new lifestyle to the Avenue South Residence condominium at Silat Avenue was also considered. This condo is located at a central location close to the CBD and Rail Corridor connected to a wider network. It comes with a 1,076 unit and since its launch last September it has sold a considerable amount of units. The condo has 378 units at the topmost levels from 37th to 56th.
