Developers recorded a sale of 1,110 housing units including executive condominiums in the month of November. The figure was lower than the 1,540 units sold in October. However, on a y-o-y basis, the sales were up by 17.5% from 945 housing units sold in November 2015.

The month had 2 new launches namely Parc Riviera a 752-unit at West Coast and Queens Peak a 736 unit on Dundee Road.

Of the top five private projects in the month of November, Queens Peak by MCC Land held the reigns by being a private project with the highest sales after 271 units were sold at an average price of $1,628 psf. Parc Riviera by EL Development took the second position after 128 units were sold at an average price of $1,189. Next in line was another project by MCC Land, The Alps Residences whose 32 units were sold at an average price of $1,038 psf.

1,110 units sold in November by developers

The Trilinq by IOI properties took the fourth place with 32 units being sold at an average price of $1,038 psf. The fifth position went to Symphony Suites, a project of EL Development that sold 23 units at $1,079 psf average price.

Under the executive condos, sales increased by 34.4% year on year with 250 sales recorded in the month of November. The highest performer in the month was Sol Acres whose 56 units were sold at an average price of $784 psf. The Terrace EC came in second after its 36 units were sold at an average price of $784 psf. Westwood Residences came in third with 29 units being sold at an average price of $798 psf.

Bellewoods by Qingjian Realty had 27 units sold at an average price of $766 psf while The Vales, a project of Singhaiyi sold 19 units at an average price of $823 psf.
