Understanding Verdale | A 258-unit boutique property meant to give future residents a wellness sanctuary in the city, is expected to further transform the Beauty World area.
Once done, Verdale, located along De Souza Avenue near Jalan Jurong Kechil, will be nestled in a sprawling lush greenery, offering both the convenience of urban life and the peace of the suburbs.
Residents will be able to enjoy both, with the property’s proximity to parks and nature and its accessibility via the Pan Island Expressway and the Bukit Timah Expressway.
“Our design focused on the creation of a fine lifestyle boutique development, for living in a very serene environment,” said Choy Meng Yew, director at P&T Consultants, as quoted in EdgeProp.
The property seeks to inject Japanese culture with the installation of forest bathing pods in its grounds.
It will also construct a 50-meter lap pool and wellness zone, where one could use the Spa Pavillion or the Yoga Meditation Pond while relaxing with the sounds of water drops.

The interiors of the units reflect the philosophy behind Verdant, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, smart space solutions that hide the clutter (The Alcove), and modern interiors, such as an island kitchen (The Atelier), a windowsill (The Armadio), and a dressing table (The Armoire).
Homeowners of one-bedroom units will also enjoy having a sliding door to separate the living area and master’s bedroom.
Jointly developed by COLI Singapore and CSC Land Group, Verdale is among the developments that would rejuvenate the Beauty World area after the government sought to sell a 3.22-hectare land for commercial and residential sites.
The area will also have an integrated transport hub for easy access, as well as outdoor hubs, heritage spots, community club, indoor sports hall, community library, and market and hawker centres.
