Followers of en bloc news are likely to have missed The Tre Ver. The condominium development was formerly called Raintree Gardens. It was sold in a collective sale in 2016 and is now under construction since then. The property is soon to launch and is expected to fetch good prices for it 201,405 square feet of area. The development is located in District 13 and is launching in the second half of 2018.
