Kingsford Development Pte Ltd, developer for Normanton Park, is the top bid for Slim Barracks Rise land parcel B. Two land parcels; Parcel A and Parcel B were offered at the same time in 2021. Parcel A was awarded to EL Development Private Limited at a top price of S$320,100,000. This translates to a land cost of S$1,246 per square foot per plot ratio, with a site area of 7,957.3 square meters.
Gao Xiu Hua, under Kingsford Group, secured Land Parcel B. Parcel B has a smaller site area of 5,936.6 square meters and the bid price is at S$162,388,000. This translates to a land price of about S$1,210 per square foot per plot ratio. You can find URA’s article in this link.
