Sora, redeveloped from the previous Park View Mansion, occupies a 99-year leasehold site of 191,974sqft. SingHaiyi and its partners, KSH Holdings and Ho Lee Group, bought the site for SGD260 million in 2022. SingHaiyi holds 70% in the joint venture, with KSH Holdings and Ho Lee Group holding the balance 30%.
