Singapore Property | With home prices breaching the 3.9% increase mark, the 1st quarter of 2018 is seeing a significant up in value – particularly 0.8% more than the previous quarter.

The reason for this is the buyers’ continuous fear of missing out on great units as the inflation steadily grows. The Core Central Region and the Outside Central Region are accounted for the largest surges in home prices at a 5.5% and 5.6% increase, respectively. The Rest of Central Region, meanwhile, rose by 1.2%.

For residents who may be looking for a more affordable buy in these areas can, however, take a look at the following condos or apartments:

Core Central Region (CCR)

The CCR, according to Colliers’ Song, saw a 7.1% increase from the 2nd Quarter of 2017. With that, the most affordable ones remain to be Eon Shenton and Sophia Hills, while Parksuites which is said to be completed by 2023 shows promise as well.

Duo Residences, Marina One Residences, and Eon Shenton’s Shenton Way neighbor V on Shenton, are also worth a look. Jervois Road’s 38 Jervois Road makes it to the cut as well in the top most affordable CCR condos and apartments.

Rest of Central Region (RCR)

The RCR experienced the least rise in prices in the 1st Quarter of 2018 and its minimal amount of new launches are responsible for it. However, this may not be the case in the next quarter as more projects like the promising Park Colonial and Amber 45 are set to raise the ceiling.

Among its most affordable condominiums and apartments ate Lorong Geylang’s Park 1 Suites and Rezi 35, which is set to have a 2020 completion date. Other 2020 projects such as Gem Residences, Carpmael Thirty-Eight, Sturdee Residences and Neem Tree, are set to have better prices as well while current residences such as Sims Urban Oasis and VA Residences are still your choices.

Outside Central Region (OCR)

With the prices in this area steadily increasing, your choices include District 18’s The Santorini, The Alps Residences, and Coco Palms. District 5’s The Trillinq and Parc Riviera are also among the most affordable properties in there together with the OCR’s Hillion Residences, Symphony Suites, Lake Grande, Kandis Residence and Parc Botannia.
