Seaside Residences is an upcoming condo by Fraser Centrepoint on Siglap Link and Siglap Road in District 15 – Outside Central Region. The development which has an unblocked view of the sea is near the future Siglap MRT. The site measures 67,584 sqm with a total gross floor area or 207,848 sqft and is set to produce between 800 – 900 units. It has leasehold of 99 years and a T.O.P. of December 2020. The units are expected to be sold at between $1400 and $1500 psf.

The site has an unblocked view of the sea with no other land in front and a beach, which makes it rare. The residents will get a panoramic view of East Coast Lagoon and East Coast Park. The area has not had any new sites sold since 2001 when Cote D’Azur condo’s site was sold, which explains why the site received many bids.

Eight developers had bid for the site in early 2015 with the top offer being by the consortium of FCL Topaz (Frasers Centrepoint), KH Capital (Keong Hong Holdings) and Sekisui House of approximately $858 psf ppr or $624.18 million.
