Rivercove Residences is the latest executive condominium (EC) located in 318 Anchorvale Lane in District 28 by a joint venture between Sunway Developments and Hoi Hup Realty. The EC on a 99-year leasehold is expected to be launched in later in the year 2017 or in early 2018.

The developers won the bid at S$240.95 million after beating 15 other bidders making it the most contested EC site since 2013. The project will lie on 678,600 square feet of land and will house at least 635 units.

The condo will have 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms units big enough to be occupied by large and growing families. Facilities such as kids’ swimming pool, lounge pool, tennis court, pool deck, hydro-fitness pool within the condominium will provide a favorable environment for single, young, and large families.
