Raise in sales of Luxury Homes | There have been shopping sprees in CCR luxury homes especially some of the condos which recorded a rise in the sale. For example, in February, HDB resale flats sold in a high number of millions of dollars. And in March, luxury homes sold a great deal ever since November 2013.
That means: in the Core Central Region, 564 units were fetched. Signaling more luxury homes were sold 10 times in the prime districts unlike in February which sold only 58 units. In fact, March recorded an inconsistency of sales for the past 6 months. Meaning, the sales of a private condominium in the Core Central Region never raise above 100 units.
In addition, 16 among the new private homes were sold above $5 million, having the highest transaction at Midtown Modern for a penthouse worth $ 14.8 million. Besides, some of the transactions for the smaller units were high in number. For example, in March, 44% of the transactions were below $ 1.5 million.
However, the snappy increase in sales of the private home in CCR was triggered by the launch of Midtown Modern witnessed in March. In March, 368 units were sold equating to almost a third of all luxury homes sales. Also, an increase in the sale of these units in CCR was facilitated by the large pool of Singaporeans who took part in buying these condominiums.

In most cases, the foreigners come out in large numbers to buy luxury homes in CCR. However, due to border restrictions, their numbers have reduced. The following condos recorded the highest sales: Midtown Modern which is designed with facilities such as a tea house, swimming pool, lush landscaping, clubhouse, hot spring, and tennis court among others. Also, RV Altitude is another high-sale condo that has bubble pools, smart home features, a Rooftop garden, and heated. 77 units of these condos were sold.
In the same vein, The M and Fourth Avenue Residences are among the highest condo sales in CCR. They include facilities such as Clubhouse, yoga corner, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. In Bukit Timah, Leedon Green was the top sold condo designed with a sky terrace, swimming pool, and spa pavilion similar to Martin Modern which has a BBQ pit, swimming pool, and spa.
On the other hand, Eden at Draycott took the title last month followed by Irwell Hill Residences. Both developments have a swimming pool but Eden includes the sky garden, children’s pool, and landscaped garden, unlike Irwell Hill.
