The Singapore-listed Sinarmas Land, an arm of Indonesia’s Sinar Mas Group, has a diverse portfolio across agribusiness, healthcare, and real estate. The Widjaja family, with a net worth exceeding US$10.8 billion, leads the group.

MCL Land, part of the Jardine Matheson Group’s Hongkong Land subsidiary, has partnered with Sinarmas Land on Nava Grove, building on their successful collaboration in Indonesia. In 2014, the two companies co-developed Nava Park, a 68-hectare township near Jakarta. Nava Park’s luxury townhouses, apartment towers, and country club have been popular with local buyers, inspiring a similar high-quality living concept for Nava Grove in Singapore.
