Potong Pasir MRT station will soon have a link to a mixed-use project, which is the first of its kind in the area. MCC Land, the name behind Poiz Residences, knows how much potential the Poiz Residences have because it would cater to the needs and wants of true-blue Singaporeans.
Tan Zhiyong, the managing director of MCC Land, was proud to say that there were more than a thousand people who came to the preview of the Poiz Residences. The event was held only last November 14 and 15 where they showcased their upcoming project that will be comprised of 731 residential units. The said area will be built on top of a lifestyle complex; which will be called as The Poiz Centre. Moreover, there will be 84 shops that would provide retails shops, food & beverage, services and more where residents can easily go to.
As of this writing, there is no definite price for the Poiz Residences but it is said that the median price will start at S$1,380 psf. However, discounted prices were given to those who bought their units early last month.
According to Tan, Poiz Residences is more “localized” compared to the other developments in Singapore since they know the audience more than anyone does. Being in the business since 1996, MCC Land assures that they would give sufficient space for families who would like a one-bedroom or even a four-bedroom units as well.
And although this is the first in Potong Pasir area, mixed-use developments are no longer new in other parts of Singapore. This includes Kovan Treasure, The Wisteria Condo and 183 LongHaus to name some. Such developments give that much needed convenience to its residents whether they are employed in the corporate world or even to those who work at home as well.
