One of the North Eastern Companies secured lucrative funding to facilitate them in building two executive facilities in this new mixed development.

The development of Piccadilly Grand consists of a site area of 94,000 square feet that has a potential of housing about 407 residential apartments. The Northumberland’s site will also comprise the current entrance to Farrer Park MRT station.
