Normanton Park Records 600 Units Sale on First Day | Normanton Park a newly launched condominium has recorded a sale of about 600 residential units; during its first day of sales. The average unit price was about $1,750 per sq ft (psf). It was revealed that around 80% of the units were units ranging between one and two-bedroom units.
“Many home seekers and buyers are either permanent residents or Singapore citizen. They are either property investors or owner-occupiers,” it said in a release.
The condominium comprises 1,840 apartment units, 8 commercial units, and 22 two-storey strata terraces. Normanton Park is set to obtain a Temporary Occupation Permit in 2023; and it received about 12,000 visitors at its show gallery during its 13-day preview. During the project launch, a lucky draw was arranged in which 10 units of Mercedes-Benz A-class with a 1.4L engine were given out as gifts.

The show gallery is located at one Normanton Park, visiting the show gallery is by appointment only and the gallery displays all details of the condominium. An appointment to view the show gallery must be made because the gallery can be closed for maintenance or used for private events.
