New Launches to fetch at $2,700psf in 2Q2021 | Recently, a preview of a boutique 60-unit condominium and Grange 1866 will follow that of Irwell Hill Residences. Similarly, the prices of these new launches are anticipated to kick from $2,700psf.

Mark Yip adds these will be done where there has been an upcoming launch in 14 years.

Another new development is the Provence Residence, with 413-unit executive condo (EC) that offers residences at Canberra Link.
