Recent new private development launches are well received by the public and the developers are set to release more residential condominium developments in the next few months, The Straits Times reported recently.
Just the last weekend, two brand new residential developments, The Visionaire EC (executive condomium) by Qingjian Realty Pte Ltd; which is located at Canberra Link and The Sturdee Residences by developer Sustained Land; which is located in Singapore District 8 at Beatty Road, have both been selling well during the preview period. Both developments, The Visionaire EC has an average selling price of S$811 per square foot, sold 158 units out of the 632 units in the development while the Sturdee Residences sold 122 units out of their 305 units at an average price of S$1550 per square foot.
More developers will be releasing their units as strong interest were shown recently. Parc Life EC, which is located along Sembawang Crescent has received about 700 applications for their 628 units and their indicative price is from S$770 per square foot.
Gem Residences, which is located in Toa Payoh will open their sales gallery for interested buyers but the Gem Residences showflat will only be available in May. This residential development consists of 578 units of one, two, three, four bedroom plus trios units and the indicative per square foot price is set at S$1480. This development is a joint venture by three companies.

Stars of Kovan, a mixed development located in District 19 at Tampines Road will also be opening their showflat to interested viewers. This mixed development will comprise one to three bedroom units, strata houses and retail shops. The indicative price for Stars of Kovan will be at S$1550 to S$1600 per square foot.
Meanwhile, there is another freehold boutique development in District 10, The Asana, will be ready for interested buyers to view too.
