At long last, those who have been waiting for the preview of Pollen & Bleus’s latest condominium project no longer have to wait any more. They are now welcoming guests to their newly opened showroom located at the Farrer Drive. During its launch however, only guests who registered before the month were allowed during its first day of opening last May 1. They were the considered as the VVIPs and had the first peek of how the residential units would look like.
A first-class project should also be situated in a prime location. Pollen & Bleu’s residential project can be found at District 10 which is very accessible to various facilities and areas around. Residents can easily head to the Holland Village MRT Station or at the Botanic Garden. Families also don’t have to worry about their children’s education since international schools are also within a few blocks away as well.
It will be 8-storeys high with 106 units divided into 3 blocks. Aside from the usual one-bedroom to four-bedroom units, there will also be SOHO and deluxe penthouses that one can avail for a more luxurious living experience. During the opening, they have not announced the prices of the units yet. But if you check the official website of Pollen & Bleu, you can see that the estimated price might reach a minimum of $1900 per square foot for their cheapest unit. Developers are encouraging interested buyers to wait for further announcements regarding the official release of the price.
While the project is already under construction, the estimated year for its turnover will be 3 to 4 years from now. Ong Teck Hui said that they have received unbelievable sales last April when they launched their other projects in prime locations such as the Botanique at Bartley and the North Park Residences at Yishun. The JLL research head also believe that with the encouraging sales, there is no doubt that Pollen & Bleu will have the same success.
