There are areas such as Changi Business Park, Loyang Industrial Estate, Changi South Industrial Estates, and the aviation Logistics Park close to the condominium. The position of Komo Shoppes was well considered as the shops will benefit from the crowds coming from Logistics Park and neighbouring industrial estates. Reaching the bus-stop on time wouldn’t be an issue as residents will find it easy to access transport to and away from the area. It offers great comfort for residents living around the neighbourhoods who want to have a lovely meal or shop at Komo Shoppes.
CEL Development also plans to place Komo Shoppes into its investment portfolio. It also plans to roll out the next phase of a residential unit for sale starting from the following year.
