Singapore Property | Low Keng Huat is set to launch 2 landed projects on freehold this Friday on January 5. The projects are located off Upper Bukit Timah Road in the landed residence enclave of Eng Kong Park and Lorong Kismis.
One of the projects is Kismis Residences, which is a freehold landed property of 31 units consisting of 23 intermediate houses and 8 corner terrace houses. The other one is Tranquilia at Kismis which is a joint venture between Wenul Development and Low Keng Huat and that consists of 7 units of strata landed houses on freehold. It is right adjacent to Kismis Residences.
Orange Tee & Tie and ERA Realty Network are jointly marketing both projects, which comprises the largest projects to be launched in the area.
"Over the period of the soft launch in December 2017, the agency had secured buyers for half of the units that were released for sale,” said ERA Realty key executive officer, Eugene Lim.
Out of the 15 units that were released at Kismis Residences, nine of them found buyers while 2 of the 7 units released at Tranquilia at Kismis were sold. In total, from the 22 units released for sale, 11 of them were sold.

Lee Yoon Moi, the Low Keng Huat chief operating officer said that this far the results are pleasing. This is an indication that home buyers are now interested in landed homes that are in neighborhoods that are established.
Intermediate terrace houses at Kismis Residences price fetch between S$4.155 m and S$4.464m. Prices for the corner terrace houses are from S$5.003m to S$5.282m. Unit prices start at S$750 per sqft.
The strata areas for Tranquilia at Kismis range from about 4,359 sqft to 5,597 sqft. The Tranquilia at Kismis prices of the units range from S$3.521m to S$4.255m.
Kismis Residences and Tranquilia at Kismis are closely located to Beauty World MRT as well as eateries and shops at Beauty World Plaza and Bukit Timah Plaza. There are also educational institutions including the National University of Singapore and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
