About Kassia by Hong Leong – Freehold Condo in Flora Drive. On 6th July 2024, Hong Leong Holdings will unveil Kassia condo, their final development along Flora Drive. Sales will begin on 20th July 2024.
Kassia consists of 276 units and with a freehold tenure. It marks the final phase of the Flora Drive-Flora Road residential enclave, developed over three decades by Tripartite Developers. This joint venture includes Hong Leong Holdings Limited, CDL Group, and TID Private Limited (a partnership between Hong Leong Holdings Limited and The Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd).

The Flora Drive-Flora Road enclave features floral-themed condos, launched in alphabetical order. The series started with the Azalea Park which consists of 316 units. Azalea Park condo was launched in mid 1990s, with a 999 years leasehold tenure. It then followed with the Ballota Park condo, which consists of 365 units.
After Ballota Park was Carissa Park condo with 528 units. Dahlia Park was right after, with 299 units, and then the Edelweiss Park, which consists of 517 units. After Edelweiss Park, was the Ferraria Park condo, with 475 units and The Gale, which consists of 329 units. The Gale was after Ferraria, the Hedges Park was launched with 501 units and then The Inflora condo with 396 units. After The Inflora was The Jovell with 428 units.
With Kassia, the Tripartite Developers will have completed 11 private residential developments, totaling 4,430 condo units, in the Flora Drive as well as the Flora Road area.

The most recent project in this neighborhood was The Jovell. This 99 years leasehold property launched in September 2018, sold out, and was completed in year 2022. A recent transaction for The Jovell involved a 904 sqft three-bedder unit that sold for S$1.339 million at S$1,481 psf in the month of May 2024.
Kassia will have four 8-levels towers sitting on a vast size area of 150,839 sqft. The development offers a mixture of 1 to 4 bedroom units. Smallest unit is sized from 473 sqft to 1,345 sqft.

Kassia will obtain their Temporary Occupation Permit (T.O.P.) around November 2027. Over the course of time, the area has become a residential enclave that residents desire, particularly for those working in nearby employment hubs like Changi Business Park, the Airport Logistics Park as well as the Changi Airport. The development is also near Changi Village, the Singapore Expo, the Komo Shoppes and the Changi Beach Park.
