Qingjian Realty, a Chinese developer, has launched INZ Residence, the first executive condominium that is internet-ready in Singapore. The developer through hiLife, its smart home solution provider, has launched the condominium in partnership with Singtel.
The smart home feature means that the units will have 1 Gbps Singtel broadband. In addition, the facilities at the development such as the pool area, clubhouse and gym will have WiFi services.
“Residents will access the online services immediately after being handed their new homes and be free to plan and design their new lifestyle in a smart way,” said Qingjian Realty Deputy General Manager, Yen Chong.
According to the developer, homeowners will get energy efficient trackers such as smart energy meter and smart leak sensor. They will also access smart security systems such as smart digital lockset, smart motion sensor and smart contact sensor.
INZ Residence is located on a site of 1.6ha along Choa Chu Kang Ave 5. It consists of 9 blocks with 497 units of varying sizes from 2 bedrooms units to 5 bedroom maisonettes.

A report by TODAYonline indicates that the INZ Residence price for a 2 bedrooms unit starts from $500,000, $600,000 for a 3 bedrooms unit while the price for maisonettes starts at $1.1 million.
We believe that the concept of smart living at INZ Residence will continue to interest the public just as it has been at The Visionaire, which has had a consistent flow of homebuyers. Approximately 60% of the units have been sold.
Homebuyers who are interested in purchasing homes at INZ Residence can start making the e-applications on 24 February. The showflat located along Brickland Road at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 6 will also open on February 24. Homebuyers will start the bookings on 11 March. The TOP for the project is in 2019.
