Singapore Property | Hyll on Holland – Property Highlight | The executive director of Hong Kong-listed property investment and development company, Far East Consortium International, Dennis Chiu, is well known in The Holland Road, Leedon Road neighbourhood. Dennis Chiu invested in his first property at the former Leedon Court, he redeveloped it into a Leedon 2, which is a 72-unit freehold condominium. In 1996, this property was fully built and sold to investors and home seekers.
Lately, Dennis Chiu gave a comment on Hyll on Holland which opened for preview and sale booking on the 2nd of October. “The Holland Road neighbourhood is very beautiful and comfortable to live in,” he says. “It’s a unique residential area with a mix of condominiums and bungalows. Hyll on Holland is not as thick as Orchard Road and the CBD, but almost similar to both. Hyll on Holland is also near Holland Village, Botanic Gardens, and Dempsey Hill.”
Chiu says its firm acquired two adjacent sites on Holland Road. The first site was the former Hollandia for $183.4million and the second site known as the Estoril for $223.9 million. The company also retained the majority of the stake for the Hyll on Holland. The project sits on a site area of 138,110 sqft. This development has over 300 units which add values to the economic scale of the neighbourhood. It also comes with unique facilities ranging from a swimming pool to a lounge, to a fitness center, and more.

The majority of the units are two bedrooms i.e., 231 out of 319 while the rest are three bedrooms. The layout and design are attractive and beautiful. The corridor was well-positioned to allow ventilation and also allows quality family time.
