While most of the new launching condominium projects are troubled about their sales or the lack thereof, High Park Residences soared recently with their whopping number of units sold. In the report from The Strait Times, it said that the first sales weekend draw thousands of buyers all over Singapore. The event brought more than thousands of potential buyers and spectators alike as it capped off with 1,100 sold units when the weekend sales finished.
As confirmed by the CEL Development, the developer of High Park Residences, this residential project will only have 1,390 units once completed. Therefore, more than 78 percent of the total number of condominium units was already sold during the said event alone. Come 2020, High Park Residences is expected to open its gate to these buyers who signed the 99-year leasehold contract. Aside from CEL Development, Unique Residence is also part of the developer team handling the project as well. High Park Residences is a collaborating business between Heeton Homes and the Kim Seng Realty. The latter is also the same property development company handling FloraView & FloraVista as well.
Being situated in any of the LRT Stations in Singapore truly has its edge. No wonder why many buyers were attracted to the location of High Park Residences since is just a minute away from the Thanggam LRT station. For your shopping and other needs, there’s also the Seletar Mall nearby.
Executive Director Chee Beow Ching was thrilled with this news. Not only that many bought units from the residential project but also they have a wide array of buyers at the same time. Since there are different types of units to choose from, CEL Development also said that their facilities could also cater to whatever lifestyle their residents have. Ching said that the response was truly overwhelming and they encourage people to visit their showflat, which is open from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. at Fernvale Road.
