February new home sales up from what was recorded in January. There were 977 homes sold by developers in February, which was more than twice the 382 homes sold in January. Only one project was launched in February namely The Clement Canopy.

The home sales are categorized into private project and executive condominium segments.

In the month, the private project that had the most units sold was The Clement Canopy that recorded a sale of 207 units at an average price of $1,343 psf. Following closely was Parc Riviera that had 200 units being sold at an average price of $1,281 psf. The third place was taken by another development, The Santorini, which had 51 units sold at an average price of $1,041psf. The Glades had 30 units sold at an average price of 1,474 psf while the fifth was The Venue Residences that sold 28 units at an average price 1,370 psf.

February New Home Sales up by 155.8%

Some of the private projects had units launched. These include The Clement Canopy that had 250 units launched, Parc Riviera had 200 units and The Venue Residences had 66 units launched. The Santorini and The Glades did not have any units launched.

In the section of executive condominium, February had 329 units sold. On the top of the list was Sol Acres which had 82 units sold at an average price of $782 psf. It was followed by The Terrace that sold 40 units at an average price of $790 psf. The Visionaire took the third place with 39 units being sold at $814 psf. The Vales had 37 units sold at a medium price of $817. Parc Life took the fifth position with 26 units sold at medium price $783 psf.

Of the five executive condominiums, only Sol Acres had new units launched totaling to 100. This means that the sales of other projects were from units launched previously.
