More completed condominiums are offering Deferred Payment Scheme to home buyers. Which are the developments offering them? Read on to find out.

The deferred payment scheme, it allows more flexibility to the buyer and also allows the developer to attract more investors and homeowners to buy a unit now and pay later. The purchasers will need to pay a 20% downpayment to book a unit and depending on the scheme the developer is offering, some buyers only need to pay the remaining in 3 years.
