Ten lucky winners comprising of homebuyers emerged after taking part in a City Developments Limited lucky draw. The prizes won included a luxury car, travel vouchers and cash prizes.
The Dream Draw campaign took place in a period of 4 months that began on 3 Sept 2016 and ended on 1 Jan 2017. Those who took part in it were the first 100 buyers in any of the 4 projects by CDL including The Venue Residences and Shoppes, Coco Palms, Echelon and D’Nest.
The ceremony in which the winners were given their prizes was held at the Forest Woods' showflat that is near NEX mall on 15 April (Saturday).

Ms. Fernando, a 35-year-old Singaporean walked off with the top prize of a new Mercedes –Benz C 180 Coupe. She had bought a 3 bedrooms unit at The Venue Residences and Shoppes, a project close to Potong Pasir MRT.
Receiving the car keys in her place from Chia Ngiang Group General Manager CDL was her fiancé Mr. Sanjeev, an airline pilot.
“This marks a wonderful start for our future. We never dreamt we could be winners of a car, more so a Mercedes Benz. It is our first home and also our first car,” said Sanjeev.
Although they did not reveal how much they bought the suite, they indicated that they intend to wed at the end of 2017 and move in once the project is completed.
In the meantime, the 2nd to the 4th winners took home a cash prize of $40,000 each. Cephas Chang, the 4th winner termed it as “a pleasant surprise.”
The 42-year-old banker said that largest prize he had ever won was close to a water mug.
Chang had bought 4 bedrooms unit for approximately $1.29m at D’Nest in Pasir Ris towards the end of 2016. He intends to use the cash to settle the cost of renovating his new home.
Other prizewinners received Jetabout Holidays travels vouchers worth $5,000 each.
As of now, D’Nest is fully sold while the other 3 projects have a few units available.
