Victoria Park Villa showflat has reopened previous weekend. It is an exotic landed housing development situated in District 10. The home builder known as CapitaLand is establishing over 30 units which are semi-detached and also recognized as garden villas, on the 20th of May, Saturday. The ground areas of the home, which overlook Coronation Road, are sized between 4,176 square feet to 4,327 square feet. These homes can be gotten between the prices of $3.85 million to $4.5 million.
The spokesperson of CapitaLand recounted that these were star buy and units provided at these prices that were promotional.
Compared to a garden villa, which is smaller and measures 4,166 square feet, it cost more and was priced at $4.4 million when the program was kick-started officially last year in September.
In Victoria Park Villas, out of their 109 units development, over 90 percent of them consisted of garden villas. Also included are six pool villas which are semi-detached as well as three bungalows. He also noted that the recent home purchase sentiment is in agreement and urge for the reopening of these showflat.
