The Singapore Property housing market has received welcoming news as Singland and its sister company United Industrial Corp rolled out a 12% discount offer for their Mon Jervois condominium complex that is nestled in the Jervois Road in high-end District 10. This condominium complex was launched back in 2013 at a psf value of $2000.
According to URA data, 52 units out of a total of 109 units have been sold by the end of June 2016.
The developers put forward the offer of 12% back in May 2016 with the aim of ensuring that after the discount period the prices will be at the competitive levels that match that other residential complexes nearby including The Crest by the Wing Tai and Principal Garden by the UOL Group.
At The Crest @ Prince Charles, the developer is offering an exclusive package that entails a 15% discount alongside an interior design package worth $80,000 for one-bedroom units done by SuiMisura Design Company.
As a result of the discount package, a total of 124 units had been sold out at The Crest by the end of June 2016. Each unit was sold at a price tag of $1,720 psf. Within, the time span, The Principal Garden had sold a total of 247 units of the total 663 units at a price value of $1,614 psf. To further attract more potential tenants, UOL Group gave out a price cut value of $8000 for all units sold since July 2016.
Mon Jervois residential complex has a total of 15 penthouses divided into two and four bedroom units measuring 1,475 sq ft and 3,003 sq ft respectively. After the 12% discounts offered by the developer, the prices for the condo units at Mon Jervois range are said to range in the region of $2.6 million or $ 1762 psf to $5 million dollars or $1665 psf.
To further attract more potential tenants, the developers of Mon Jervois has sought the services of SuiMisura Design firm whose work is to design and fully furnish a small number of units for showing purposes, including a 3-bedroom-plus-family duplex penthouse which will attract a price tag of $4.88 million or $1,717 psf when fully-furnished.
