Singapore Property | An innovative luxury condo development, Boulevard 88, situated next to Orchard Road, moved 20 out of 25 condo units launched during its exclusive viewing at an average sales price of $3,550 psf.
CDL together with its development partners, Lea Investments and Hong Leong Holdings stated the viewings begun on March 8 and only hand-selected prospective buyers attended.
The freehold project is accessible through the Orchard Boulevard and Cuscaden Road. It is also a stone throw away from the Orchard MRT as well as the upcoming Orchard Boulevard station.
