Singapore Property | In the month of April alone nearly two hundred units sold in Pasir Panjang. Pasir Panjang location has been a hotspot for new homes development projects launches as well as re-launches.
Roxy-Pacific holdings launched project Harbour View Gardens early in the month. By 24th April, forty eight out of fifty seven of these comfy units were sold. This translates into a sale of 84%. Harbour View Gardens was purchased back in August 2016 at a cost of 33.25 million dollars. Roxy-Pacific holdings decided to retain the name after purchase. Formerly, it was a fourteen unit apartments that sat on a 30,745 square ft plot. The plot had an accessible plot ratio of 1.4.
Verandah Residences are located next to Harbour View Gardens. The property preview was on 30th March and ended on April 1st. These 170 units attracted excess of 2500 visitors who thronged the gallery. The event made the launch date to be pushed forward to 7th of April from 14th of April.

On the same day, 129 units were sold through balloting. So far 142 units have been sold representing eighty three percent of the project. The Verandah Residences price for this freehold condominium is about S$1,810 dollars per square ft in average.
Back in 2014, Bijou @ Pasir Panjang was launched by far east organization. Bijou project is a mixed-development project that has fifteen commercial units and one twenty comfy residential units. These units are in a single block. The property was previewed back in August 2014. Units are sold at an average rate of 1,927 dollars PSF however back then the units were sold at 2169 dollars psf.
On Pasir Panjang Road there is The Orient. The Orient is a fifty two unit boutique condo that was also launched in December 2014 by Aurum Land. The Orient is situated near MRT Haw Par Villa Station. The units average cost is 1,868 dollars psf but units sold prior 2015 September averaged at 1,955 dollars psf.
