Hong Leong Holdings Limited (HLHL) is collaborating with City Development Limited (CDL) to develop the new Amber Park Condo on a joint 20:80 basis. Each company has built a name for itself as a reputable real estate developer in Singapore. They both boast a stellar record for best developments and a solid reputation for quality when it comes to exclusive real estate segments and mass market.

HLHL opened its door back in 1968 as a property investment and development wing of Hong Leong Group. Since its inception, the firm has constructed over 100 residential properties. It also has 10 commercial properties under its management.

City Development Limited (CDL) began its operations in 1963. It has invested hugely in property development and investment, hotel ownership and management, and facilities management. CDL boasts a broad network of more than 300 associated companies and branches throughout 80 locations in 20 nations, with 7 companies publicly trading on the stock exchanges of New Zealand, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and London.
