At least 60% of units have been snapped and sold on 24 One Residences’ first day launch last August 5.
TEE Land successfully sold 15 units out of 24 from its boutique development along Pasir Panjang Road in District D05. Out of the 15, 12 are 2BR units. The remaining three are two 3BRs and one 4BR. View the floor plans here.
The nine units left are for sale at a much later date. These include 3BR units at 807 sqft, a 4BR duplex at 1,593 sqft and two 4BR penthouses at 1,313 sqft.
